How do you unlock the 5th Achievement in ArcTree?

I am stuck on the achievement progress. Does anybody know how to achieve the 5th achievement in the ArcTree?

you need to get a certain dark upgrade.

Go for Dark Matters. It has an upgrade that reduces softcap.

PROTIP: If you have the dark matter upgrade “Keep Conclusion on L/D resets”, then DON’T go for “Directly Transfer” unless you are trying to get Light Tachyons.
