Why is layer 241 on the RNG Tree the last layer?

So I had been playing the RNG Tree for 163 days, and I had reached layer 241, all of the sudden my game had ended and it said I had completed the tree, is it a glitch or did i actually beat the entire RNG Tree?

make yes, but you need to get further to Discover, like The Infinite Prestigie Tree
