Is there a way to disable :D being turned into an emoji?

Or really all the faces (:slight_smile: /:), :smiley: /:D, :frowning: /:(). Is there any way to disable auto-conversion? Without using code tags?

They mean on the fourms. I don’t believe you can disable the auto conversion, unfortunately, and even escape characters don’t seem to work.

: D let’s do that put a space in between the characters or two depending on if that actually shows up as the normal one or not
